Registration Instructions

You may register yourself as well as others.  When you begin registration, click Add to Cart, and then adjust the quantity in the box to the right to indicate how many people you are registering.

If you register others, only YOU will receive the initial confirmation email.  In addition, if changes need to be made to those for whom you registered, you will need to make those changes.  You must include a unique email address for each person you register.  They will receive emails as we get closer to the tournament to confirm their information.

All registrations received by September 8, 2023, will be charged $120 plus a 2.97% credit card fee.  All registrations received after September 8, 2023, will be charged $130 plus a 2.97% credit card fee. 

We have two types of guest registration options.  

1. Banquet and Hospitality: $50; these guests will be able to attend the banquet and the hospitality suite.
2. Hospitality Only: $25; these guests will ONLY be able to attend the Hospitality Suite, not the banquet.

Before you begin registration, be sure to have the following information handy:

1. Contact information, including email addresses, for all bowlers for whom you are registering.
2. The name of the IGBO league you are a member of or the date of when you purchased your IGBO Associate Membership.  If neither applies, CLICK HERE to purchase or renew your IGBO Associate Membership.
3. Averages of all bowlers you are registering.
4. Food allergies of all bowlers for whom you are registering

At the end of the registration process, you will be presented with the option to purchase an active refund.  This is completely optional, and no portion of the $24 per bowler will go to the Motown Invitational Classic.  This will, however, give you the option to get a full refund if you are unable to attend the tournament.  This refund will be provided by Active Network if you checked yes and paid the fee.  If you are not interested, click no.

If you bowled in IGBO Tournaments in the past 12 months, be sure to visit https://tad.igbo.org/ to look up your TAD average.  Each person you are registering will need to look up theirs individually and provide that information to you.
